Hounddog's Daily Log
I am in central NC. I just like to keep moving - bikes (road and mountain), rowing with my Alden Star, snowboarding, wakeboarding and waterskiing hiking, backpacking, minimal running these days. Want to increase overall core strength to get faster for racing my mountain bike.
Started XFit in Oct. 2009. Doing that with riding, and particular attention to Olympic lifting. Trying to get better on technique with all of this stuff.

20 Push ups
30 Sit ups
5 rounds with 3 minutes in between each round:
Gotta admit that it was the pull-ups that got me!
