Wow... crossfit has given me some serious improvements!
 
Ive been crossfitting seriously now for about 2 months... when I first started my DL pr was 120kg and I was seriously struggling with it.. did CF total the other day, breezed through 130kg and lifted 140kg but fingers gave way and it came crashing down lol... I mean I'm not sure but a 20kg improvement in that time seems great!

Plus did Helen for the first time yesterday and my time was 9.42.2 , not sure how good that is but I could push hard all the way through and not quit!

I love CF lol... only workout I've refused to do is the 15k run, my knees just wouldnt hold out with all that pounding.. Deadlifted instead lol :rofl:

Have you looked into POSE running? It sounds like a fad, but it does work, and has allowed many big guys like to me to run. If a 260lb flat-footed desk-jockey can run a marathon than anyone can run :)

Congrats on the deadlift PR, that's my favorite lift due to it's simplicity - PULL!
