Devided this WOD and tried it out on myself yesterday. Spent 3 hours in a daze after and unable to train today possessing no steam. This one really smoked me. Devised this as a mental or spiritual WOD rather than anything else; when you get to the burpees you will see what I mean.

Interested to see how the PAINSTORM crew get on with this!

WOD
50 x complex (2 Tuck Jumps 1 clap press up)
100 x burpees with press up and a jump
50 x Hindu Press Ups
50 x Deck Squats
50 x Atomic Sit Ups

At the end of the session my legs were shaking out of control. Focus on form for the Tuck Jumps, getting in max elevation.

My time was 29:15
