I real ashamed, humbled, bummed, I dunno what word I'm looking for. I'm definitely not happy or optimistic by any means. My anterior deltoids were fried from the ring dips yesterday though. Hopefully I'll hit this next week otherwise I'm going to need to get a hold of some micro plates.
