60 seconds max effort/max reps, the 60 seconds rest of each of the following:
Box jump
Jumping pull-ups
Dumbbell swings 35#/20#
Walking Lunge
Knees to elbows
Push press, 45#/24#
Back extensions
Wall ball shots, 12 pound ball
Burpees
Double unders (sub TJ or SU)

Robert, Lisa, Shawn, Jim, Brian, Brad, Katie, Lisa, Gina

I had 360, no body else kept count

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

One armed workout:
Using only right arm, four rounds of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest, Tabata-style:
One armed pushup
DB swing
DB snatch
OH squat
BW row

Repeat with left arm
