[B]Active Rest Day[/B] I did some mobility exercises for my hips and back. Been neglecting to do so, and regret it....I also iced my knee that I banged up the other day. Most of the pain subsided. Wasn't in the mood to really workout, and I want to save some energies for the Murph Challenge. |
