Hey - I'm selling my Concept2 Model C if you know anyone interested. It has the PM3 upgrade and the ergonomic handle that comes on the Ds - I'm wanting $550 but could negotiate if a fellow CHFer wanted it ...

Thanks! I will ask around next time I'm at the gym and see if anyone is interested. Today was Fight Gone Bad. I'd say it wouldn't have been a good day to ask! :rofl:

FGB was the gyms programming and Jeff and I are doing main page now. Amanda is about to join us too I think. We take off Wednesday and Saturday so we have to plug in wods as needed if we work out on the official rest day. Its kind of confusing but we are having a good time with it.

This was hard after the tabata DLs from yesterday. Had planned on trying to use 200# but 185 felt plenty heavy today. Only got the first set unbroken and then had to break the last 2 sets. Sit ups were hard too.

yeah that weighted tabata workout was sneaky hard, especially the DLs at the end. My hamstrings and lower back were sore for a few days after that one. You're pulling some good weight for your body weight. Good work! :highfive:

Thanks! I was a little disappointed in my time but I think the Tabata yesterday had some effect.

Tried to weight the pull ups with just an 8# db but only did 2 and decided to stop. Shoulder is a little tweaked again so just did strict pull ups with a red band instead. Back ext were easy and unbroken.

Not a great day. Should probably have skipped this one. Right shoulder is aggravated again. Strict press was uncomfortable to do. Did not keep an active shoulder on the 85# push press and tweaked it pretty good on rep 2. Was going to stop the workout but decided to finish out w the jerks. Did pretty well with those and nothing was painful there.

5 rounds + 5 pull ups, 8 ring dips

Did jumping CTB, red band ring dips and 45# OHS. Was able to do everything without any pain.
