Happy and frustrated with physical therapy of late. I make strides in some aspects but have minor pitfalls as well.
For instance, I have consistently done Level 2 on the UBE (stride) and resort to working less weight on the scaption drills....Advance to black band on No Moneys and fall back to green bands....:shrug: I think it's the techs but I'll not tell them how to do their jobs. At least, I was able to progress from the wall with push ups!! :highfive:

Did some additional stretching outside of PT protocols....Nothing too extreme. My daughter felt like I should be doing more pectoral stretching, and her colleagues concurred.

In honor of Fargo police officer Jason Moszer (33) killed in the line of duty Feb 11, 2016, from a gunshot wound. Jason responded to a report of domestic violence in which suspect’s son had called dispatchers and said the man had fired a gun at his mother. Jason was shot inside the home and died the next day from his wounds.

Put my mind to it, and ran 8 miles!! It was an ideal day with temp in the mid 60s, gentle breeze and sunny.

I had planned to run 10 minute miles but couldn't downshift to that pace....I average about a 9:20 :highfive: With that said, I set a 10k PR of 58:28.

I'd like to be able to run a bit slower so I can go the distance in a half marathon; more practice coming soon.

1 Body Thruster

I know my crowd, so handstands were out the door! I replaced them with a bodyweight thruster. Awesome workout but no one liked the thrusters....:smiley_ev

I completed it in 16:08. Doing a true Burpee slowed my time but I loved the adrenaline rush!!! :pepper:
