95lb Hang Cleans
Burpees
do 10 cleans, 1 burpee, 9 cleans, 2 burpees, and some on.

100 70lb kb swings for time (russian)
top of every minute stop and do 5 30" box jumps

I have a ton more. I'll share some more later.

Team WOD: " Brother's Keeper"

Work in teams of two.

100 floor release push ups with partner remaining in front leaning rest while first person executes push ups

100 squats with partner remaining in squat hold while first person executes squats

100 sit ups with partner remaining in plank position while first person executes sit ups

100 push press 65/45# with partner holding 45/25# plate overhead while first executes PP

Bumped up one of my measurement workouts today. Did 16,000 last time and broke 10 minutes so moved up to 17,000 today.

6 rds:
5 squats at 245
5 deads at 325.
10:50 ( total lbs lifted at or just above 17,000)

Need to get this one a minute faster then move up to 17,500. I use about 57% of weight on deads, 43% squats.

this had me shaking last night

21-15-9-15-21

45lb plate overhead lunges
ring push ups

each step counts. Doesn't have to be 21 steps each leg.

Took me 10:55

what do u think about x20 clapping push ups,x20 box jump and x200 on jumping rope for 5 rounds to increase explosive power and just as killer wod?
