From Strict paleo to paleo for athletes.
So I tried strict paleo since that's all I heard about when I started crossfit. I then supplemented with it. I'm an ******** advisor so I use their supplements. Then I did Paleo for Athletes, I took in carbs from whole grains, made smoothies with chobani Greek yogurt and so on. I do the 30/40/30 caloric intake along with supplements and the 5 stages of what/when to take in. WOW!!!!! My health and crossfit performance is now where I want it to be. I've been crossfitting for almost a year now (2012 New Years resolution) and love it!
