I've noticed people talk about this book so I researched it a bit. Just curious but do people recommend purchasing this book. To me, it looked like it was geared towards bodybuilders but I'm still interested in learning about neuroendocrine (SP?) response. Also I noticed that it contains sections on nutrition, is paleo zone still the way to go? Just curious if I should get the book. Any advice appreciated

I've heard some people swear by it- but it amounts to- a higher heart rate= more hormonally rich environment. Specifically loading the heels, spine and hips, but in general larger amounts of muscle (compound exercises)= hormones. Protein = hormones. Excess calories, temporarily = hormones. Lots of sleep, lots of sex, and lots of winning = hormones. The book has all manner of diet schedules and such, but I have no idea of their real efficacy.
