Crossfit/Paleo food pyramind
After you get done laughing and/or crying, how do we fix this?
First, remove the whole bottom tier, right? Then put it on top.
So on the bottom, we might have non-starchy veggies and meat.
Second row from bottom, fruit and healthy fat?
Third row, whole dairy product?
Top of pyramid "use sparingly", grains?
Anyways, I was just poking around other stuff and came across the pyramid and got a kick out of it. Thought you might too.

You forgot that the government now allows you to customize your food pyramid.....http://mypyramid.gov/ (wfs it's the government, how bad can it be?)
Mine says I only get 6.5oz of meat AND beans a day, and 8 tsp of oils......but I can have 9 oz of grains! Whatever...meat just tastes better.
