Needed to do a good metcon workout but the upper body was pretty thrashed from a day of ring stuff (many pullups w/ an L at the top) the day before, so I did:
thrusters holding a 16kg KB
hanging leg raises (toes touch the bar)
Bill thats just holding 1 16kg bell. Am I correct on this. I know that doing thrusters w/2 is a bear and it looks like 210 w/1 kb might be possible for me but 2, not with that many reps..
Any way that looks like a fun workout.. I might try it tomorrow..
Yup. Wieghts light, lot's of reps.
