I think I will be greedy and do another 10 lb jump on squats and 15 on deads and then slow down to 5 and 10 respectively.

Getting there. I need to video my PC to see if I am getting enough hip drive, can't tell without looking. 25 more lbs to my last 1 RM on BS ! Should hit that in the next 2 weeks.

Took an extra day of rest yesterday as I was wiped. Back at it again today.

Squat: 220

Bench: 115

Deadlift: 250

According to my schedule I am suppsoed to lift again tomorrow. If I do it will be late at night and I will only add 5 lbs to the squat not 10 like I have been. I am wondering whether or not to keep riding my linear progression or to trangress into CFSB or CFWF programming for a 6 week cycle before going back to main page WOD work.

4'44" sit uos slowed me down as I had to reposition my bench numerous times.

I squatted again today and am back on schedule and bouyed by thye fact that I am 5 lbs away from my 1RM about a month ago on my sets across. I think I need a bit of rest on my PC sets though. I was a lot more fresh for thelast three sets than the first two. I think I will stay greedy and bump up another 10 lbs on squats, and stay at 5 bls on the press and PC. Yeah for linear progression, boo for DOMs tomorrow night.

I am officially going up 5 lbs next squat session, 10 on deadlift. My squat form was not the best tonight, hoping I can help it by slowing things down a bit.

I tweaked my adductor squatting my first set, carried on, but I could feel it every rep. I think I need to do better w/ rest and eating. I played hockey last night and am a little fatigued (not tired, physically fatigued). Company Xmas party tonight and a day at home w/ kids by myself tomorrow. Wife is going "shopping" tomorrow, look out bank account !

Deadlift reps were slow, the grip thing is killing me, ouch for my hands. For giggles I tried a 1RM of deadlift after I was done to see how I was progressing. Loaded up 330 and it went up relatively easy. My last time with 1RM was 300, I think I had at least another 20-30 lbs left as well. My squats went much better today, which I attribute to be more rested. Bodyweight is holding steady 162-167 most days, I think I will do more SS, I would love to get my #'s up a little more before I quit and I will likely try to keep up with some strength work when I jump back to MP WOD's.

Really pooped today, need more rest. I will keep go up again next workout. If I hit that then I will keep going, if not I will hold at 260 and try for the next workout, hopefully I don't have to reset. I only have a couple more weeks to go.

Went better tonight. My DL's were sucky, too stiff legged and I could feel it in my lower back. I will have to watch some video and make a correction before my next DL workout. I will up the bench again by 10. It is starting to feel heavy now, But I am still doing the sets with minimal breaks in between.
