Crossover Symmetry to avoid shoulder surgery
I have not had an MRI but my doctor suspects a SLAP tear, no real idea to what severity, although he thinks it could improve or even heal with PT based on ROM and strength. My goal is to avoid surgery at all costs and I read lots of positive responses on Crossover Symmetry bands as way to possibly do this. If anyone has had a positive experience with these along with how they did it I would be very interested to hear.

My shoulder aches most of the time and haven't done any wods for 6 months now. It's brutally frustrating and hoping working on the bands several times a day will yield better results. Thanks!

Re: Crossover Symmetry to avoid shoulder surgery
In January I was diagnosed with a large grade scapulars tear and long head bicep complete tear. Bicep not repairable, I was given the option of therapy or surgery. I chose therapy. I do Crossover Symmetry everyday 2 - 5 times a day. I an not completely back but performance is close to pre-tear. One day surgery will come, but it is being postponed. Hope this helps
