Can crossover symmetry be used attached to an un-anchored Rogue S2 squat rack or will it move the rack? Obviously I could anchor it somehow but the bigger the pain, the less I will use it

Thanks.[/QUOTE] thats how i use it. i actually have an un-anchored Rogue S1 which is even lighter and it is perfectly fine and doesn't move at all. |
