BAAAAAAAAD DAY! This is the end of starve/binge mode! Jealous of Amanda's drive, perserverance and results! My goal is to be on the road to not only "buffness" but also health well before we all get together for Christmas. Zone here I come!

Diet: too embarassed to list
Exercise: zilch
Weight: 125+

8:30AM- 285, 2.25/2.5/3
1:00PM- 231, 3/1.75/2
6:00PM- 210, 2.5/2/2
8:40PM- 260, 2.5/3/3

Total Calories: 1186
Blocks: 12.5/11.25/12

Exercise: nada....hate working two jobs! Run planned for the AM!
