Peak of 2 reps for Shoulder Press... I now realize how important it is to log these workouts. I had no idea what my peak was.

65# for 2

15 Presses- 16kg
100 Single arm KB Swings- 16kg
15 Presses- 16kg

I did it in 4:07.
Lost to Scotti by 3 seconds.

7/18 Sumo Dead Lift

Last week did 255 for 3.

PR at 285 for 2!!!!

The last rep of my 285 felt the best out of all of my reps. I ran out of time and hopefully next week I can break 300. I have gone up 75lbs in 3 classes.


3 pullups
110 swings with a 2 pood kettle bell.

My form went to garbage on the last couple of minutes

Liz- Absolutely! I will see you tomorrow at 9am for running


125lbs Power Snatch.... I probably could have gotten 135 or more because I was able to get the weight to eye level but for some reason I froze and didn't get under it. Next week!

I did 6 laps of the 600 course which averages to an 8 min mile

Afternoon workout

Ladder 10 min AMRAP
3 pullups
3 24kg Kettlebell Swings...

I got up to 18 dead hang pullups and 3 swings..
I NEED TO LEARN how to KIP! My hands got torn the F up.
