Wife new to Crossfit
 
The wife is wanting to work out 3 days a week, plus a fourth day of some sport / activity with me. We golf, play tennis, mountainbike, etc. on the 4th day.

How should we break up the WOD's for the other 3 days? Metcon - Heavy - Metcon?

Her goal is over all fat loss and overall better fitness / health.

Oh, and her diet is all ready stellar, while mine still needs work. :)

Watch out Brian, she might start bossing you around soon ;)

Your plan looks good. Problem is you might start picking your favourite WODs and avoiding the nasty ones, so I would maybe do a roulette with MetCons in one bag and Heavy in another and see what comes out :)
Otherwise just follow the Official WODs in order and don't worry how far behind you fall, just keep the order.

Or you could do a CFWF or CFFB style where you do some heavy work and then a metcon.
