The distance was about 80 feet. I was literally holding the 20# DBs and crawling with them. Bear crawls are not really a bear for me, so this was not bad wiht the 20# DBs. At first I questioned Carlos of CF HOUSTON about how heavy that would be but he was right on target on my capacity. But mixing it with 95#/85# Barbell Front Squat made it a hellish combination.

Camille, Christine, Patrick and Ms. V,

Three WODs is fun only because I haven't done any WODs for three days. I've been busy working on getting my gig together. It was sort of a catch up day. The other guys there, though, didn't have as much rest as I did. They were beastly!

Patrick, you'll have to give me some feedback on Diesel's S&M WODs.

Gotta go do laundry...not for time..like Christine, washboard abs babe.

Dang, I've been out of Texas too long, I'm going soft... That workout looks like a monster! I wish I had an excuse to go visit CF Houston while I'm in Texas in July. :( Ah well, someday I'll be crazy fit enough to get through all of that!

The heat and humidity makes it intense and it becomes mental after that.
