Thank you all! I felt strong today after feeling like I just went through a PST from [COLOR="Red"]CF Houston's [/COLOR]WOD yesterday morning! This was a loooong workout and wouldn't typically do two WODs at one time.

HOLY DEADLIFTING. You already thanked everyone but honestly...that's some pull. Can't wait to be reading your log again. :)

Thanks so much for the phone call. I still do hope to come out to Texas at some point...but the more of these incredible WODs you do the more I'm inclined to pansy out and stay east. HA! Guess I've got a lot of work to do before I can visit. :D

Are you thinking of going to any certs in the near future?

Ya think?! One WODs not enough for you, so you do an extra 3 rounds (of DLs and HSPUs mind you), and then let's throw in a 2000+m row and, say, 150 burpees as a cool-down. Somebody is hella strong. :weight_l:

Grace's cool-down is Crossfit's workout. Somebody get that girl a :pepper:
