Hey, just wondering what the best way to treat a pulled muscle is. (Fastest recovery)

I'd guess RICE... at least the initial ice and then rest. I've got one in my back from last week's pulups and I'm afraid I may push it too much , too fast, by doing Fran today. I'll just have to see how I feel once I get there.

By the way, I'm not a doctor and don't play one on TV! :wink:
