Sprints at the track. South Lake - which kind of sucks. The track is very hard. I just ran 2 miles (8 laps) sprinting the straightaways and jogging the turns. So - 16 intervals. No stop watch but it was pretty close to 20 second sprint and 40 second rest. |

Scoop practice at oly class Snatch 1-125 1-145 1-165 (miss) 1-165 Didn't get all the way down but no press out. Then did 5 rounds for time Row 250m 10 Front squat, 135 15 GHD Situps 20 Box jumps 21:44. |

Did "Diane" No PR but last time I did it I did sumo style 21-15-9 Deadlift, 225 HSPU 5:51 09/27/11 2.5 Mile stroller jog with Micah. |

Bad day...just didn't have it and didn't push it. Squat clean 1 - 135 1 - 145 1 - 155 1 - 165 1 - 175 1 - 185 1 - 195 1 - 205 miss 1 - 205 miss Slow elbows, not aggressive, just sucked. Hams were still really tight from Diane. |

Overhead squat 5 - 115 5 - 135 5 - 155 5 - 175 5 - 195 (PR) rest a few hours 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Power clean, 135 Ring dips Kettlebell swings, 53 Pull-ups 16:56 - that was a blaster. |

Deadlift 3 - 235 3 - 275 3 - 315 3 - 340 (PR) Death by 10 meters 16+16. Might have miscounted and made it to 17. Not sure. |

30 Squat clean thrusters @ 155 6:20 Rx'd. Didn't want to do jerks. Been working on transitioning to a thruster from a squat clean. |

I'm trying a heavy Grace tonight @ 155 and will be curious to see if I can beat that time even with powercleans. I owe MCCF a visit and a stone one of these days soon! |
