HAHAHA I know I'm not lazy, it was about all I could do. I'm on a good cycle right now, and I want to keep going. I know the next 5 days will be tough to get workouts in and I don't want to miss. I'm overdoing it as it is. But I feel good and don't want to stop.

I need to take a rest day I'm pretty sore from the last two days and all the extra work. But in my mind I want to keep training.

This is the second time I attempted nutts, first time I messed my back up on the wallball and didint finish.

My metcon is sucking for now because of the strenth cycle and short metcon but it doesn't bother my(yet) it is a matter of time till I get my wind back.

What are you doing today?
Yeah its going to be busy for most people over Christmas, luckily my big drinking parties are done so can get some serious training done.. Hopefully the ice and snow will be gone by Christmas day so I can do my annual run.

Metcon comes back real quick , dont give it any thought just keep cracking out your cycle and get that strength up, once that's done you can smash the metcon back up and be a stronger metcon crusher.

Back Squats 3-3-3-3-3 and a quick metcon for me today.

5 rounds for time:
5 HSPU's
20 Double Unders - last time we back squatted I hit this metcon afterwards and it took me 7.21, going to smash that today.

Those 200 double unders were all about breathing so wont bother todays practice, quickfire 20's.

I got 14 consecutive when I done 'Diane' so a bit more practice today Nik!! I would try and get your 15 before Christmas also as we are both going to be eating a lot more.

I think after yesterdays 10 that I'm in shot of it. I hit those 10 easy. I could have kept going if I had to. I will give it a shot befor Christmas dinner!

Good man now read my rant about the online sectionals. Just had a funny conversation about it, Im sure someone could knock out some 'ACME' kettlebells with 10 TON written on them for there video or make some foam 20k plates that look good on video, its such a bad idea. People will say that you will be found out at regionals but not if your already regional standard and need to bypass some sectional workouts that do not play to your strengths.

Exactly, and like I said on your log, it just wont be fun. No satisfying win. Nothing.

Scott I got 13HSPU's today. I can get the 15 fresh, I just need to rest the shoulders up a bit. Almost had it.
