Congrats on the WOD. You beat me by 10 lbs. How was your form on the 145lbs? My started to slip on 135lbs.

Thanks Nick, form was good, but I was shaking pretty good, it took me two tries on the 145, I got 4 reps and couldn't hold it, had to re do it.

Nice man. Glad to hear your form was solid. The place I work out in I can't drop the weights. They are the hard plates (not olympic), so I have to control it coming down. What type of plates do you guys get to use?

we have 4 10lbs bumpers and the rest are steel, so as long as we have those on you can bail if you have to, it will really up your attempts knowing you can bail.

40 Kipping pull-ups C2B

warm up was
30 dips with 30lbs vest
30 situps 40 lbs
30 backext 40 lbs.

time was 25:44

tough tough workout.
