You can hit 'Diane' on Tuesday Nik as its rest day, good way to get some more of those HSPU's done as well. Good luck with todays leg burner. Oh yes and I managed to kip the weighted pull ups , made it a lot quicker.

Yea, I probably will hit it on Tues. I'll be kipping, were you able to CB? that looks like the killer, and box jumps. No Monty today!!

I was not sure about whether I would kip or deadhang so did not go C2B today, no Monty today , I was slightly angered by idiots before I started Diane and when I am a bit angry Monty runs and hides behind my ears. :D

Four rounds for time of:
100 ft Walking lunge, carrying 30 pound dumbbells
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
30 pound Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

ok no C2B, head over
no weight on box jumps

I screwed up my time. I hit the start button, checkd that is was running(I had it hanging off the pullup rack) dropped it and went all the way till the pullups on the second round, it must have hit the stop when I dropped it, it shower .95 of a second. I started it again and finished the second set of pullups and the last two rounds in 15:47

So I got a lesson in this is for fitness first not time. Oh well it was a good workout any way.

10:00 break

1 set 10 85lbs deadlift
1set 10 145lbs deadlift.
2sets 10 back ext 40lbs
2sets 10 situps 40lbs

wide grip deadhang pullup ladder from 1 to 10 head over.

Back is a little sore.

For time:
Row 500 meters
Body weight Bench press, 30 reps
Row 1000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 20 reps
Row 2000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 10 reps

first two rounds bench at 145lbs last round at 165lbs

Brady had the weights so he could do Diane, when he got done he pul the rest of the weight on for my bench.

subbed 45lbs sumos for row. I did 350reps of sumos.

Time 27min even

warm up was 30 backext 40 lbs.
30 squats
10 ghd situps
20 situps 40 lbs.

Erm... that would be interesting. I do have an office... could close my door. Would be interesting to explain the panting and sweating when I open it again though. :)
