10:00 break, 2 sets 5 wall walk(those get hard fast)
snach progressions 4sets 3 reps, bar only(45lbs)
(Knee flex, shrug)
(knee flex, shrug, high pull)
(knee flex, shrug, high pull, overhead)
(overhead hold, jump to squat)

10 reps ohs 85lbs.

couple of 85lbs squat snaches.

Five rounds for time of:
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
25 Back extensions

time 13:18

I have a massive head ache and ears are stoped up.

I don't really take breaks, but I should. I'm a Land Use Planner and Zoning Officer. Sit on my butt all day...

your right there's always a spare meeting room or office around (i used to do it during the burpee challenge:D), throw in some HSPU's and your sorted. The only problem is explaining the noise when your legs hit the wall

Great 'Double workouts' Nik, fast time on the core WOD also, killed me. My chest is killing from the Cindy push ups still!!

Thanks Scott, I missed Saturdays WOD. Oh well the weekends are always tough to get a WOD done.
