i like the program we laid out, i think i just made a mistake on the metcon i picked.

Press: 115, 120, 120, 120, 115 x3
Skills: 20 Sledge Swings x2, 125lb Dummy lift over shoulder x3

That was a good workout

yea man a Fran shouldn't be done after a squat workout. :) that'll be a painful day.

and good recovery on the recent workout.

Yeah, i have done the test once already and failed. Its the main reason i started up crossfit training. I failed on that dummy lift and i really want to make sure i pass it this time. Its a huge opportunity for me, to be paid on call for 2 years while i get my paramedic degree. As soon as that test is done i will be switching to a program that involves alot of gymnastic (ring) work, compound lifts and tons a metcons to get my weight down

my main problem is still my diet, its like no matter how hard i try i always **** up...i dunno if its outta lazyness or what. Best i have done was a week straight on zone then went crazy and ate all the bad **** in sight. I gotta figure out the secret that everyone else knows on how to stick to the diet ;)

there is no secret, you just do it.

binging is a problem for a lot of people, don't think you are alone in that.

but, you have a goal and you want to make that goal and proper eating will help you get there, so use that for motivation.

and... I find that having one cheat day per week helps you stick to that goal. 6 days of clean eating and 1 of the old way. You will find that on that cheat day you won't want to cheat much, because after eating cleaner you see how the addition of crap food to your diet really affects you.

yeah thats what i was thinking, i already had a cheat meal today so my next meal im going to get back on track. I dunno why i just cant do it though, i know i want to and have wanted to for so long but for some reason i just screw it up all the time

so far im full day in on the zone, got 2 meals left lol. But i made a big step today, went shopping with my mom for some christmas stuff and she wanted to get wendy's and we went and i didnt get anything :) Hard to turn down the "BACONATER" but i did

Had a buddy call today and said he wants to start working out so im putting him to the challenge, probly going to have him to cindy for his first workout :O
