Garage Gym Help/Advice Please?

Hello all, long time lurker, new member. I am beginning a garage gym project, and really do need some help. I have a two car garage with 9ft ceilings, and only one wall that can be drilled. Here is a need list(what I will be buying immediately) and a want list(what I will eventually buy)
Need:
Squat rack
Pull up bar
Flat bench
Barbell/weights
Rings

Want:
Rower
GHD
Kettlebells

Another question: How should I go about purchasing these items? Should I do it in one swoop, or one by one? Thanks a lot guys!

I basically built my gym piece by piece. I did some number crunching and realized that if I did the purchasing in one swoop the cost would have been around 20-$22,000. By purchasing item by item, the cost is over $30,000. If you have the funds to do it in one swoop you will save more. Another strategy is buying in chunks. You can save a lot of money by buying pre-fabricated packages. Rogue has several packages that will save you a lot of money if bought in bulk.

If I were to make a suggestion, The Rogue Warrior Package and then add S-2 squat stand and flat bench. It is a decent chunk to drop but is everything you need at once. It is what I should have done.

Thanks dude!
I really like the warrior package, but is it possible to take a few things out? I actually have paralettes and I just found an awesome bargain on rings, so do you know if they are ok with editing a package? Thanks!

Toss them up an Email. They are awesome to deal with. I know they offer custom quotes. They will probably give a pretty solid deal if you have a decent list.
