Worked up to 145 then gave myself a blood blister so I stopped. Trigger point still an issue. I actually grabbed a pair of gymnastics grips to do the WOD.

So I did 'Murph' yesterday w a really light weighted vest...probably about 10 lbs.

My PR was like 44 mins and this time it took me 66. Omg.
