Hello everyone. This is my first post here and I hope this question doesn't make me look stupid, but.....

Should I vary the amount of blocks I consume based on a particular day's activity? For example on days when I do a WOD, run AND ride motocross, should I eat more blocks? ...and less blocks on pure rest/injured days? Also, at a LBM of 157 am I a "medium male" on the CFJ 21 block construction chart?
