Question: "Alternate legs" in One-legged squats / Pistols

When the WOD says:

One-legged squat, 10 reps

For the one-legged squats, alternate legs.

Does that mean 10 reps on the left leg and 10 on the right or does that mean 5 and 5?

Re: One-legged overhead squat - Alternate legs

I think it means 5 and 5, totalling 10.

Or maybe do all 10 with one leg, and the next round the other leg :p

Re: One-legged overhead squat - Alternate legs

Example:
left leg, right leg, left leg, right leg, left leg, right leg, left leg, right leg, left leg, right leg
totaling 10 reps per set. Alternate 1-1
