BEFORE Pics and *After 2.5 months Crossfit*
 
Ok It isn't all crossfit I have been solidly solely doing the WOD for about 2.5 months and the 3.5 before was 2 days crossfit scaled down with my own SS hybrid program but I was 228 at around 22-25% body fat Lost a bunch and got to about 16% with the hybrid program now with crossfit only I am at about 10-11%.

Before Any workout with bad diet.

After I am ghostly white pretty much but was red from re-modeling my bathroom. Lame I know I'm flexing my Lats out :shrug:

Did Cindy today and got 20rnds in as Rx'd so I'm really sore but happy :kicking0:

PS. Ninja Edit I freakin Love Crossfit. Best thing that has ever happened to me

Eating Chicken, Salmon, some but limited veggies Fish oils, multi-vitamins etc. Very strict eating until pretty recently when I have a cheat day or two here and there.

Don't ask me why I ask you (yet), but do you do dips? Or ring dips? How often?

Just a personal curiosity, nothing that matters. :)

Congratulations, losing that amount of BF% in such short time is amazing, shows some determination!! :)

Nice results! And yeah, I agree with Street - time to clean up the room and do some laundry. :) That's totally the "mom" in me....just ignore that.

How do you measure your body fat %? What was your starting fitness level?

LOL You guys are vicious I did my laundry I took this on Sat I think I usually do laundry on Sunday afternoons. I measure it with http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...entPage=searchYOU MUST ENSURE YOU ANNOTATE ALL LINKS WHETHER WORK AND FAMILY SAFE.


That is what they have at my gym for now. My starting fitness level was bad I had not done anything for about 3 years probably I was in good cardio shape then but lost it all horribly.

PS. We are re-modeling our bathroom right now so everything is cluttered all over the place lol. And as for Dips I dont do as many as I used to because probably two weeks ago I hurt my rotator cuff some so I chilled out on them but I will start up with them soon enough.

nice work Jason, you're doing great...looking forward to training with you soon. I got three tractor tires today and another squat rack. The box is going to be killer...

Awesome man. Can you tell me how you broke down SS and CF? I am looking to drop a similar amount of weight while getting stronger and adding muscle.
