BEFORE Pics and *After 2.5 months Crossfit*
Ok It isn't all crossfit I have been solidly solely doing the WOD for about 2.5 months and the 3.5 before was 2 days crossfit scaled down with my own SS hybrid program but I was 228 at around 22-25% body fat Lost a bunch and got to about 16% with the hybrid program now with crossfit only I am at about 10-11%.

Don't ask me why I ask you (yet), but do you do dips? Or ring dips? How often?
Just a personal curiosity, nothing that matters. :) Congratulations, losing that amount of BF% in such short time is amazing, shows some determination!! :) |

Nice results! And yeah, I agree with Street - time to clean up the room and do some laundry. :) That's totally the "mom" in me....just ignore that.
How do you measure your body fat %? What was your starting fitness level? |

That is what they have at my gym for now. My starting fitness level was bad I had not done anything for about 3 years probably I was in good cardio shape then but lost it all horribly. PS. We are re-modeling our bathroom right now so everything is cluttered all over the place lol. And as for Dips I dont do as many as I used to because probably two weeks ago I hurt my rotator cuff some so I chilled out on them but I will start up with them soon enough. |

Awesome man. Can you tell me how you broke down SS and CF? I am looking to drop a similar amount of weight while getting stronger and adding muscle.
