The first set were the worst. I could barely do thrusters. Then I couldn't run, though I felt better by the end of the runs. The second and third rounds, I had to split up. I got the thrusters done by 12 minutes and the lost 1/2 mile took me about 7 min.

Your Death By Pull Ups seems pretty good Bill. Strict or kipping? If I tried it I would have to do strict. Kipping pull ups irritate my shoulder.
