Thanks, I tell you black jack is harder then it seems, but yea it is an ''on the road'' workout. I hope you do it, I'd like you and Scotts and anyone else bold enough to do its opinion. |

HA I guess it kind of is a draw. I think my arm is slowly getting better. I was able to put in some speed this time on them. |

A.M. warmup
GHds back ext abmatt situps pushups squats 10 overhand deadhangs. Rolled my back 2:00min stretched hams with band 2:00min a side Notes, my back is a wee bit tweaky. arm is sore from the pullups yesterday, foot sore. So for the workout, as long as my back is good I will be on for the cm2 workout but as for the box jumps it will be jump up step down to save the foot. |

Ok so my lunch has changed, I will have 30:00min so best I can do is a fast light press so I dont run to long and hit the workout.
I was going to do lunges for the runs on the finisher but at best I may be able to do it at 3:00 but I really don't want to look that far today. Oh and tomorrow is a forced rest day. I will be out of the shop all day so no workout. Maybe I can do a small on at home, but again I am not looking that far forward. |
