One egg? I think the last time I ate a single egg I was probably 3 years old.

If you're full of protein and fat you don't have room for junk. I would suggest dropping grains and sugar all together for a bit and evaluating how you feel.
Hi Chuck,

I think you're pretty much right on the money. A small amount of the good fats (olive oil, etc.) is OK as I understand it. I use no sugar except for my coffee and have recently discovered stevia. I'm trying it as a substitute altogether for sugar.

At any rate, I think I'm paying the price for my poor eating and not having worked out for a couple of weeks.........

Thanks again for the support and recommendations! Merry Christmas!
Hi Steve!

Just stopping by to say Happy Holidays to you and yours. I wish you a bunch of happy memories!

I'm with you on the redirecting the diet thing, although I am not sure the holidays really lends itself to that. I'll be struggling right there with you.

Take care and all the best!
Hi Lee Ann,

Thank you so much! Yup......the dietary intake the past week or so has been pretty dreadful. I definitely felt my poor eating today and should not have any problem, holidays notwithstanding, getting back on the wagon.

Best wishes for a wonderful Christmas to you and yours!

Remember how you fought and fought with that disappearing single pull-up in the not so distant past? You're one of my WOLog inspirations!
