Weighted pullups 1 - 18 1 - 28 1 - 35.5 1 - 38 1 - 35.5 1 - 35.5 1 - 35.5 Some of the reps were a bit iffy. Also practiced pistols and did a few ring dips. |

Back squat 7-5-3-3-3-3-3 135-185-225-250-260-270-275 Snatch practice 95#x10 Almost fell on a few...Mental note. Don't do snatches after heavy squats. |

5 rounds for time 135# Deadlift 15 reps 135# Hang Power Clean 12 reps 135# Front Squat 9 reps 135# Push Jerk 6 reps 29:32 I can't believe I attempted this...and finished it. Did it a few months ago at 95# and..that extra 40# is a killer. |

I officially became a coffee drinker on Tuesday. I've just heard too many bad stories about diet pop...And George Mounce said coffee is ok so I guess it is!! Plus coffee packs a whallop of caffeine and antioxidants and is mostly water anyway so it's almost a health food! That workout has been a mental issue for me...I went to a cert in VA beach in July and the instructors did that...I came back and about a month later tried it at 95# and it almost killed me...today's was tougher at 135# but I just feel better knowing I did it I guess. |

Had to think of something to do at globo today so I thought HEY! I haven't done Bear Complex in a while!!! What an idiot... 7 Reps of Power Clean Front Squat Push Press Back Squat Push Press 5 rounds for weight. Only touch and go - no resting the bar on the ground. 65, 85, 105, 115, 125 - miss Made it 6 reps then on the 6th after the Front Squat I lost it...dropped the barbell and that was it. What a tough workout. It was also very good to have a few days off...I hadn't realized that I had gone fairly hard 9/10 days. Be careful!! |

For time 150 Squats 50 pullups 100 squats 30 pullups 50 squats 20 pullups 15:52 Found out I have a minor umbilical? Hernia today..Dr. said keep doing what I've been doing and that I've probably had it for a while. She said it's a little one and no biggie... |
