Three weeks of bodyweight WODs
 
Hi there. Fellow from Norway here. Startes doing crossfit late 2011 and is quite taken with the form of training.
Currently i'm on a three week cabin vacation - thus three weeks of bodyweight WODs. I post them on my blog if anyone are interested

Todays WOD proved quite hard after yesterdays 6x1000m runs++ 27:10 was the time. Should be sub 15.... Gotta work ot harder

Who can crawl the fasteat? This sunday WOD will surely show us who the true crawlers are!

Did my "creepy crawley" routine yeasterday. It was really heavy. Who would have thought 400m of various crawls could be so taxing.

Taking a well earned day off today. After tuesdays longWOD I was really exhausted. Must remember to rest to avoid rhabdo!

50 pistols 5x400m 50 fingertip push ups and 50 burpees was devestating yeaterday. Looking farward to todays strength and conditioning WOD
