Sprint Drills...or Sprints and Whatnot 10 Sec Sprint followed by a bodyweight exercise but start the next sprint right at 90 sec's looked like this Start Sprint 10 s 30 Squats 1:30 Sprint 10 s 25 situps 3:00 Sprint 10 s 20 pushups 4:30 Sprint 10 s 10 burpees 6:00 Sprint 10 s 10 burpees 7:30 Sprint 10 s 20 pushups 9:00 Sprint 10 s 25 situps 10:30 Sprint 10 s 30 squats 12:00 Sprint 10 s Went from the sidewalk to the fence. Back to the sidewalk and halfway between pitchers mound and 2nd base on the diamond. I started right next to the tree. Total was 502 meters...just google earthed it... Note - this was a great workout but humbling because we did it with a D1 level sprinter!!! Brandon who is a machine. |

Didn't get to work out yesterday...Ahhh yes...Awesome when the water heater goes out!! Anywho! Odd workout today... Run 1 mile. (It was about 1900 meters because Vinny went too far but I wanted to be fair so i went too far as well) Virtual Shovel 1000 lbs (barbell with 25# on the end) Brick shot put 5 hits Rock throw 5 hits 10 uneven clean and jerk with the barbell and 25 pound plate alternate hands 5 on each side Carry barbell to fence and back about 150 meters 16:46 All i did was play baseball my entire life and couldn't throw the rocks or bricks to save my life!! |

Yesterday's main site WOD...didn't know that Matt was going to throw a little wrinkle in it as seen below. I feel pretty good about my time though and it was the first time I've done GHD situps in a workout. 30 HSPU 40 Pullups 50 KB Swings 1.5 pood 60 Situps - 1st 30 were GHD - Then unanchored. 70 Burpees 23:08. |

Weighed myself this morning after workout 192.5 Front Squat 10 - 95# 10 - 115# 10 - 135 10 - 145 10 - 155 10 - 165 10 - 175 Weighted pullups - wasn't planning on this but nobody showed up for class so... 1 - 8# 1 - 11# 1 - 13.5 1 - 16 1 - 18.5 1 - 21 1 - 21 Might not seem like a lot but last time i did this workout about a month ago I couldn't do 1 deadhang!! Woohoo for me!! |

After a scheduled off week (6 days) back after it. I eased into it with a light run that i was going to do mid week....but I changed my mind to let my hip heal up. Run 40 mins. My house to Moorland rd. Across Malvern. Walked home |
