I see you do these "camille pushups".. what are they?
for the abmat situps.. you just hold the plate over your chest?

10 set 3 reps Snach on the min with 85lbs

I was working speed through the middle and form in general.

Supose to be 65% of max, I can't remember mine so I went with 135lbs as max.

''Camille'' pushups are pushups with your hands on a board and the board ballenced on a golf ball, teeter totter ish.

Situps are laying on your back the plate pushed out at arms length situp and it it overhead as in overhead carry.

Yep Camille showed them to me and I don't know what to call them so....

''Camille'' pushups are pushups with your hands on a board and the board ballenced on a golf ball, teeter totter ish.

2. cln and jerk tech: work up to 65%x2x10

weight 155lbs

Then

15 AMRAP
4 HSPU's (to ab matt)
8 toe to bar
12 wall ball

round 8
all unbroken (except set 2 on the toe to bar I got a mad swing and was rocking the pullup rack) Thanks Scott I needed that.

Thats great Nik, shows your wall balls must have improved to be all unbroken. Like your clean and jerk work before also, I should probably have done something more like that, front squats felt laboured today.

Thanks Scott, it was small enough that I could push through each round. That and I was really focusing on breathing and being relaxed. I'm sore from it, you?

Am warm up.
My back was a bit sore ( arthritus) I hate it , I feel creaky when I get up. It kept waking me up last night.

30 reps all
ghd's
back ext 40lbs
abmatt situps 45lbs plate overhead
FS's with bar
