Very strong work there Nik, I will be very happy if I can get 200lb or even 198lb (my bodyweight).

I agree with Scott, I am lucky to get my body weight over my head. If I don't get an explosive drive upwards and a good deep squat to get under the weight it isn't going to happen. Very impressive my friend! :kicking0:

Thanks Nick, you know after Brady saw my form, he said I wasn't going vary low, and I tried a few light sets trying to get low. I thing with a little practice, i can go way heavier.

What I think is like a squat clean, I just have to shove myself lower faster. If i catch the bar fully extended, it will just be the catch and stand up. I really think I can go really heavy with a little better form.

10:00 fun, 1 muscle up. back lever work. 85lbs snaches 5each

1ea 65lbs 1 arm snach each arm. we were just messing arround not really doing anything.

Nice work this week! Nice push jerks especially! I got sucked into my 5 year olds world (thought to self. ... glad I'm not 5, life is way too emotional and confusing at 5)

Dropping under the bar for the squat clean is a challenge!
