Did the Warrior Dash yesterday - 39.05 mins but - didn't really kill myself there. Paced with some people I knew in the beginning but kind of sped up towards the end. good time anyway - stepped on a barbed wire fence. |

Back squat Today was bad - I'm going to forget it even happened. Too much fun yesterday, not enough sleep. 10 - 135 7 - 185 5 - 225 5 - 250 5 - 275 5 - 290 (Miss) lost balance. Didn't feel right. Stopped there. |

MCCF Warmup then - Few muscle-ups did 1 then 3 or 4 sets of doubles then another one. Kind of an active rest day. |

Another crappy day.... Deadlift (conventional) 1-365 10-245 1-375miss 20-225 no tap and go 1-365miss 30-135 Metcon 5 backwards burpees 5 KB swings 2 pood AMRAP in 6 mins 8 rounds plus 1 eeprub |

1st ever hotel fitness center WOD but all they had were a few treadmills, an elyptical and a bike. Good thing I brought my rope... AMRAP in 20 mins 400m run 40 double unders 6 rounds plus roughly half of the run. Kept hitting the drop ceiling with my rope. |

Snatch 1 - 115 miss 1 - 115 1 - 125 1 - 135 1 - 145 miss 1 - 145 miss 1 - 145 1 - 155 1 - 165 miss 1 - 165 miss 1 - 165 miss Felt really good today my misses were more lack of concentration than anything. the 1st 165 was really bad but the other 2 were super close. I was under them - just not steady and a little off balance. My squat snatch PR is 155 - I've been really neglecting oly stuff so, I'm going to try to hit them once per week no matter what. |
