'Linda' Thought I would do better than this today...BW 170 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of DL - 255 BP - 170 Clean - 127.5 23:40 Rx'd PR. Something hit me today. I need to eat in the AM unless I work out at 6...I usually don't. Did traditional deadlift this time. Did sumo last time. thought I would be sub 20. Owell. Still an 8 sec PR. |

Death by pull-up or pull-up ladder...not sure what it's called actually....1 pull-up the first minute, 2 pull-ups the 2nd minute going as long as you can... 18 rounds + 13 pull-ups 184 total pull-ups.. PR by 2 rounds. I did 16+12 last time I think... |

"Ryan" Five rounds for time of: 7 Muscle-ups 21 Burpees Post time to comments. Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach. 25:35 Rx'd including the jump. jumped and touched the 2 by 4 next to the whiteboard. |

Double-under for 2 minutes - 58 Sit-up for 2 minutes - 64 Double-under for 90 seconds - 33 Sit-up for 90 seconds - 38 Double-under for 1-minute - 28 Sit-up for 1-minute - 25 Double-under for 30 seconds - 15 Sit-up for 30 seconds - 15 DU's - 133 SU's - 142 Couldn't get a rhythm on the 2nd round of double unders. I can do better than this... Too much time in transition too. |

As I started to put everything away I noticed I had an extra 5 pound weight on the left side. OOPS! Took it off...So this attempt was an uneven 185! 1 - 180 (PR) Hero WOD tomorrow... |

Was planning on working out today (5th day in a row). Did the MCCF warmup then some light squat clean practice. I liked the WOD at the box but so many people showed up that I helped run it. I also figured that it would be a good idea to take active rest today and full rest tomorrow because Jim's first class is Monday at 6 am and he has something crazy planned. No big deal. I had a good week. And it's not like I'm skipping a day... 10 - 95 5 - 135 |
