Thanks Patric!! Yea I had to regrip twice during every round, it was worriesom because I didn't want to screw up my reps, but it was ok, I would regrip at the top or a pullup so as not to hang, except on round 4, I regripped at the bottom. [QUOTE=Scott Jenkins;455874]You beat me by two reps Nik, nice pull ups numbers especially with your highest score in round 4. "Nate"
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of: 2 Muscle-ups 4 Handstand Push-ups 8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings I used 55lbs dumnbell, and jumping muscle ups and slow desent. handstands on the wall. I was hoping to get 3 rounds in each 5 min, I got the 3ea in 20:15. I kept going instead of stoping at the 20min mark. That is 12 round total at 20:15 back is ok, a little stiff, but ok!! Oh Vanessa, you and Brady are righ to drop the weight yesterday, it was and is humbeling, but it is right!! |

I would think everyone's lower back is a little sore and tight..... Wish I would bench 195 "for fun". |

Re: Nik
You know this is just a thought. I had my lunch hour to look all across the site. I see all of you working so hard on your workouts and diets. It is impressive to see you all, and I am privliged to be in the count.
I can't post everyone who influences me daily. I eat terreble, well not terreble, but not like you guys. You are all so dialed in to wht you can eat. I eat what ever. I make it at home, no fried foods. But i eat potatoes, bread, all kinds of stuff. I eat bacon. MMMMmmm bacon!! I eat like 6 or 7 time a day. I eat a lot!! A LOT!! My workouts are not as dialed in as some. I go out fresh and only focus on each round each rep. I don't worry to hard on pr's, i just like to lift! I understand the use of pr's and timed worouts, but I don't always apply it. I just like to move heavy and strong and be spent after. I just wanted to say to who ever reads this you are the ones I'm talking about. I usually feel like I'm in catchup mode to you guys. I am honored to know you all and glad this is a free site for which I get a great life in fitness. So ther is my rant. That is what happens when I think and not workout!!LOL |
Re: Nik
