3:00 break
10 reps muscle ups, 1,1,3,3,3. Getting easier. push jerk 135lbs x3 165lbs x2 185lbs x2 all I had time for. |

Time to get some miles in those legs, Nick. Just enough to make running a non-goat. Your warmups are extensive enough, and they've done you good. Maybe now's the time to switch your 10 reps of everything routine out on a 800m run every other day. There's plenty of time in a 10-minute break for that. You learned to run ages before you played with a barbell. There's no way it should be much of a goat. Just do it enough for it not to suck completely. You don't need to break the sound barrier. Simply getting in some repetitions will make it easier to run faster.

Great point Patrick, I will get some in from now on. I also think it is just leg fatigue from all the squats and deads. but I will add in some runs from now on. |
