Yep, the workout I was suppose to fell I could not do, and football is a back up site for good hard workouts. You hitting it? It was really fun. |

I'm probably going to do that one with a modification (can't do DUs in my garage) or the KB PC + PP for today. Going to smoke the arms. I like the variety in the programming quite a bit. |

Me too but there are elements that don't get on football. like Mus are never posted, I don't think rope climbs either. I need those so I don't strictly follow. |

quick front squat bar x3 135lbs x2 185lbs x2 215lbs x2 135lbs x1 255lbs(115.6k) x1 all easy, I just ran out of time for more. calf stretch 2:00 min a side left heel is giving me fits. |

A.M. warm up
10 HSPUs 20 ab mat situps 10 close over hand dead hangs 20 squats 20 pushups rolled my back 2:00 min rolled piriformis 2:00 min a side rolled hip flexers 2:00 min a side ball in knee pit 2:00 min a side. Left heel in bits. I am feeling a bit beat up shoulders sore, but ok. Heel is the main thing. More rolling and stretching today. |
