On rest days I tend to just... sit on my a$$ and do nothing!

I was thinking of incorporating some stretching and 30 or so minutes of biking. I'm assuming so long as the biking is not intensive, this will not impede my WODs, correct?

So long as you keep the intensity low, it'll probably function as active recovery. I actually recover faster when I incorporate some walking, biking, basketball (light), etc.

same here. unless i'm REALLY beat, i try to go for at least a couple walks, maybe chop some firewood, to get some blood flowing.

Good, because I hate sitting around on rest days... maybe some racketball :-)
