Andrew, it was awhile back that Daryl posted some videos of some russian girl doing pullups with mediocre form as how apparently awesome it was that she could a dozen pullups.

She was just a young teen maybe junior high age so nothing to get excited about. Just another video of russians doing gymnastics on outside bars. Sometimes they do cool stuff but seeing as Im a gymnastics snob, err coach I wasn't impressed. National team members do that better as a warmup besides any girl who is serious about trying to be Elite.

Criticizing that Russian girl for not matching the perfect form of gymnasts is unfair given that she's just an 11/12 year old kid who likes working out in the park with her big brother.

ah, ok, well i was lost. i think the vids of the girls doing pullups is great. at least they are doing stuff. and i liked the vids of CT and his crew doing pullups. to me all the pullups look fine. i guess i have no idea what proper form on a pullup is? i thought the goal was just to pullup? what were they doing wrong?

so i am in a good mood today i think. good workout. it is raining here but the ground is bone dry and dusty. it is amazing how fast this ground soaks up water in this part of the world.

Not sure if I could actually take a survey like that seriously. They didn't give us stuff like that in engineering school!
