I hit 335lbs (151.9k) 2 x2 today on squat. Take that Vickie!!;)

Thanks, it was fun! And for who it may concern ( you know who you are) I strict pressed to 145 and failed at 150lbs and did drop sets to 75lbs. So it begins.

hope everyone is having a great weekend. my family is traveling to see friends in CO so i am getting work done around the house. about to head to town and get some quick errands run and hopefully do a little workout.

after a great morning at church and then a nice footlong subway for lunch

EMOM, 30 minutes, 185 lbs

straight leg deadift with wide grip
row
power clean
front squat
press

rest 5 minutes

push sled one mile with same 185



now time to do laundry, dishes, clean house, and run some errands in town...
