HSPU = less than an inch off the ground
L-Pull-Ups = Ring Jumping L-Pull Ups after 2 reps each round
= 25:41


WOD: 800m Run x 4

R1 = 3:32
R2 = 3:30
R3 = 3:54
R4 = 4:10



WOD: CROSSFIT SUGAR LAND WOD
AMRAP in 20 minutes
15 Dead Lifts (135# Men/95# Women)
10 Burpees
15 Hang Power Cleans (135# Men/95# Women)

65# Barbell = 6 Rounds + 15 DL + 4 Burpees


WOD Weighted Pull-Ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

These past 10 days the skills practice focus were on:
HSPUs, Free Hand Stands (not long enough and having to push off contact from the wall gets my balance off), Kipping Pull-Ups
Squat Cleans and Power Cleans with Coach Tim (every two weeks)
